CPN Housing Assistance

A tremendous benefit, and one that I have personally taken advantage of, is the CPN Housing Assistance program. I was able to access a "once in lifetime" fee of $2,125.00 towards closing costs on a primary residence. (Either purchased or refinanced.) I utilized it when I refinanced my home 5 years ago - what a help! Please click here for the brochure regarding this and other housing programs.

Mail Order Pharmacy

If you are a Citizen Potawatomi Nation member and are either 63 years old (or older) or are disabled you may qualify to receive your prescription medication through a mail order program at NO COST. The program is called C-MOP - so please check out the C-MOP Fact Sheet by clicking here.

Burial Insurance Assistance

Did you know that as an enrolled member you are entitled to up to $2,000 worth of burial assistance through the Nation? You must fill out the application form and mail it to the address at the bottom of the page to be legible. With the costs of "final arrangements" upwards of $6,000, this is a great benefit and it is available to you now. Click here to download.

CPN Health Aid Program

Available right now to you in District 8 - you do not need to live in Oklahoma to participate in this program!

If you meet the eligibility standard you can apply for reimbursement for a good part of the costs of dentures, prosthetic devices, hearing aids and eyeglasses and prescription sun glasses.

Part of the funding for this program comes from settlement funds paid to the Nation by the U.S. government; other funding is provided from tribal enterprise profits. If you are eligible, please do apply! Click here to view and download the forms.
