Instructions: Must have Tribal ID card. They have a physician, a nurse practitioner and a physician assistant on duty. Hours are Monday through Thursday 8 to 5 and Friday 10 to 5. CPN members can receive services within clinic walls at no charge: medical, mental health, optical and dental. Any service or lab sent out of the clinic will cost you money. No pre-registration required. Fill out forms immediately prior to being seen.
