IHS Clinics
I am calling or making contact with all the Nations in District 8 that have a healthcare facility that I can locate. Each has its own requirements; please read the instruction line for what you would need to do to be seen and receive treatment. All of these clinics are direct care only, which means they will treat you inside the clinic at no charge, however, anything outside the walls of the clinic may cost you money.
This list is a work in progress. Please contact me if you would like me to contact a specific clinic or feel free to check back as I add additional locations that our people can be seen at.
If you would like a letter of introduction from me sent to the clinic or to bring with you I would be happy to write one; just ask.

Every clinic requires a Tribal ID card as proof that you are a member of a federally recognized tribe. If you do not have one, you must get one. Click here for the form to send back to Tribal Rolls in Oklahoma. This application MUST BE accompanied by a high quality passport style photo available at Costco, US Postal Offices where passport applications are received and most camera stores.
